Prking Space for Disable (身障者用パーキングスペース）

日本では身障者に限らず、老人、妊婦も駐車することができます。
But some unmannered people and people who drive luxury car do not care what this space for.
しかし、いく人かのマナーがない人や高級車を乗っている人はこのスペースが何の為なのかを理解していません。
On reason is Japanese goverment has no regualtion about disable parking lot.
ひとつの理由として日本政府は身障者用の駐車スペースに関して、法律を制定していません。
