日本語の漢字と英語で書かれています。

The number 258 and 21 stands for National route.

２５８と２１の数字は国道を表します。

Green sign stands for Highway.

グリーンの標識は高速道路の意味です。

It is sometimes makes forigners confuse,

外国人の人は日本の交通標識をみて時々混乱します。

When you see the word on the head it is North.

地名が標識の上にかかれていたら北の方向という意味です。

And East and West is devided by the street.

東と西は道路によって分けられています。
